Just a reminder from our last General Meeting, we have been advised that the "AHF project" will be on the January 8, 2020 Board of Adjustment ("BOA") agenda residents are encouraged to share feedback with all members of the Commission and the BOA.  As requested, the RVCA President transmitted all past opposition statements to the BOA and requested they be added to materials going out to BOA members.

Appealing the Zoning Administrators Interpretation of; Section 47-18.32(D)(5) - The Zoning Administrator has made the determination that the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) project is a Level V Social Service Residential Facility (SSRF). Whereas the applicant has stated the proposed use is a Mixed-use affordable workforce housing development and not an SSRF.
