0630 – Begin patrols and house checks.

0945- As I was logging on I heard 1C102 ask for a case number reference to a burglary attempt. I responded to above and met with homeowner who showed me his rear French door had been smashed, entry was not gained due to impact glass. Time delay 3/12/12-3/18/12 case number 12-031960.
1020- Began out of town checks.
1026- Observed open front door, made contact with homeowner who was loading car
For work, all 10-4.
1105- House checks complete, all appear to be secure.
1110- Patrolled behind businesses along Federal.
1130- Resident called in reference to tree service guys arguing in street.
Contact was made with tree service who stated he was
Having a verbal with employee, all 10-4.
1150- Patrolled Isles and parks, no unusual activity to report.
1230- Removed a piece of 4x8 plywood which was half in the street.
Placed on property out of paths of vehicles.
1330- Final patrol all areas.
1715 Received a call concerning a tow truck removing a junk vehicle from the property. Caller indicated the driver may have struck the side of the house causing damage. I located the truck as it left the neighborhood and identified the driver out of Miami, Fl of Sky Towing, 954-Junk Car. Checked on home and only a minor scrape was found. Only cosmetic.
1800 Completed checks of all the isles and Cordova area.
1900 Circulated the access points off of Federal and SE 9 Ave.
2000 Checked the isles, Ponce and Rio Vista Blvd.
2100 Monitored Ponce and central part of neighborhood. Checked some isles and circultated interior.

0710- Began out of town house checks.
0750- House checks complete, all appear to be secure.
0810- Patrolled Isles, LYC.. Due to the cool weather there were no early morning fisherman.
0840- Patrolled Rio Vista mainland, no unusual activity to report.
0900- Patrolled behind businesses along Federal.
0920- Plenty of residence taking morning walks and enjoying the parks due to nice weather.
0950- Patrolled parks and Isles and bridges.
1030- Remained highly visible continuously patrolling through out shift.
Call to report a suspicious work van with the logo “SBE”. She believed the van was repairing a water meter but discovered a surf board was missing from the back yard. She cannot say it was them but wanted to report the incident.
Call regarding homeless individuals taking up residence in the bushes behind Dominos near the water main. The individuals keep turning off the water main and caller is concerned of their presence near children in the afternoon.
1700 Circulated the west side of the neighborhood. Checked areas for the van described by in the earlier call and checked by bushes near Dominos for homeless.
1800 Patrolled all of the isles, Cordova and the yacht club.
1900 Patrolled SE 9 Ave and monitored traffic at SE 7 St/Fed, SE 9 st/Fed and SE 11 Ct/Fed.
2000 Patrolled Rio Vista, Ponce and Cordova areas.
2100 Completed final rounds and rechecked the church for homeless campers.

0300 Conducted a patrol of the mainland and isles. Sat surveillance at Cordova and 9th Street.
0400 More patrolling. Sat surveillance at Cordova and 7th Street.
0645- Began out of town checks.
0716- Responded to an alarm at a residence. all secure.
0740- House checks complete, all appear to be secure.
0820- Patrolled LYC., Isles.
0905- Return to Rio. Patrolled Mainland and parks.
0925- Patrolled behind businesses along Federal. No unusual activity to report.
0950- Traffic enforcement 9ave/11st. No violaters today.
1015- Final patrol all areas.
1030- Quiet day, due to holiday. 10-7.
0200 patrolled the mainland and isles, quiet.
0300 Sat surveillance at 9th and Cordova and drove around until 10-7

0840- Rain begins, very quiet.
0900- Patrolled LYC. Isles.
0930- Patrolled Rio Vista mainland.
1000- Final patrols all areas, quiet day due to rains.
2000 Checked all the isles, Cordova and yacht club.
2100 Monitored traffic entering Rio Vista at Ponce and Federal, Cordova and SE 12 St, SE 8 St and Federal, SE 7 St and Federal.
2200 Circulated the interior of the neighborhood along SE 9 Ave, Rio Vista, Ponce and SE 11 Ave. down to 11 Ct.
0200 I am still patrolling. Everyone I stopped tonight has been legit, too legit.
0410 I assisted the district with a perimeter for a 21 V which turned into NADA.
0500 10-7, it’s raining and lightning with not a lot of movement.

1045- Upon patrol of 6th st I observed an open door leading into garage Contact was made with cleaning lady who failed to close side garage door.
1055- Traffic post se 9ave/ 11st, no violaters. (several seat belt warnings)
1135- Final patrol all areas. Not much activity today.

1900 Continued patrol around central part of neighborhood
2000 Monitored traffic along Cordova and Ponce
2100 Monitored traffic along Federal Highway access points as it entered the neighborhood.

0400 went to station for fuel.

0030 – Stopped suspicious male walking on SE 7th St. Appeared to be homeless, was directed back to Federal after he refused any assistance.
0300 – Group of subjects talking loudly outside apartment complex on N. Rio Vista. All agreed it was too late and returned to their apartments.

1150- bulk trash coming up. Made contact with driver who was in search of scrape metal.
1215- Back to 7th st visibility purposes.

1700 Checked isles to include earlier complaint of fisherman trespassing on private property. No one located.
1800 Conducted checks of west side of neighborhood and parks. Monitored traffic at SE 7 St entering from Federal.
1900 Completed checks of Cordova and yacht club, 10-7
2345 10-8 called in. Starting patrol of the area.
0045 Stopped several young adults being loud and skateboarding in the 1000 block of Ponce De Leon sent them in for the night.

were placed by the rear residence door protected from outdoor elements.
