0930 Begin patrol and house checks.
0945 I checked all of the out of town homes Too much water in the street, need a canoe or raft to get over there. Lots of flooding due to super high tide and full moon.
1004 Made contact with two black males fishing off bridge at SE 9th St/Cordova. Subjects did not have a permit and were advised they needed one. Subjects packed up and left. MI 12-122928.
1005 Patrolled the mainland and isles, the tide has gone down and most of the roads are dry.
1305 Water has finally dried up
1615 Began patrols and re-checks of vacation homes
1800 All vacation homes checked secure on rechecks.
1900 The water levels are rising while the temperatures are falling (very quiet night)
2000 Checked the pumpkin patch and all businesses along US 1
2030 Final patrols of area, Cordova Road, Ponce De Leon and the Isles are flooded.

0820- Began out of town house checks.
0900- House checks complete, all appears to be secure.
0900- Traffic enforcement 9Ave/11Ct. reference to one way violators. Minimal traffic, no violators.
0915- Traffic enforcement (stop sign) 9 Ave/10 St. Finally a customer, a citation issued.
1020- Responded to alarm at a residence.
1040- Patrolled Isles, and LYC.
1100- Patrolled behind businesses along Federal.
1830 Patrols of area
1950 Call from resident at who advised her neighbors were harassing her. She had a host of unpleasant texts. All parties were contacted and agreed to have no further contact with each other. MI 12-117487

0830- Patrolled Isles, LYC.
0850- Traffic enforcement 9/11ct. No violators.
0910- Patrolled businesses along Federal, due to weather no activity.
1000- Directions provided to lost motorist looking for Birch.
1023- Dispatched to residence, going thru divorce unoccupied home. Contact was made with Mr. who was removing lawn equipment from garage. Contact was then made with Ms. who confirmed presence.
1040- Patrolled Rio Vista mainland, no unusual activity to report.
1100- Final patrols all areas. A quiet day due to heavy rains.

0730- 10-8, Left message for Mr. Weber. One message from resdient. He wanted to bring to our attention that an outboard boat motor had been stolen from carport. I reviewed the activity log.
0745- Began and completed out of town house checks. All appear to be secure.
0900- Patrolled Isles, bridges. No unusual activity to report.
0930- Patrolled LYC, lots of kids camping out over the holiday weekend. I remained visible.
1040- Received a phone call from resident who stated while he was on his morning walk he smelled an odor of gas coming from home and was concerned a car may be running in the closed garage. Upon a check of the residence contact was made with (employee) who allowed me to inspect garage, which had no odor of fuel, vehicles empty (lucky me). It was later determined that one of the gas lanterns at the entrance of the driveway had blew out. Repaired.
1105- Patrolled behind businesses along Federal. (All clear)
1115- Final patrols of all areas.
1145 – Patrol Isles, Cordova, and special attention to LYC for campers.
1245 – Patrol Mainland and area parks.
1400 – Patrol Federal business district.
1530 – 10-7. Beautiful Labor Day….

0200 In service. Began patrol in unmarked vehicle. No activity found.
0300 Continuing patrol. Neighborhood quiet and secure.
0345 Moved to marked HOA vehicle. Called in. Checked messages. Added the three vacation homes to the list. Resident advised of a lot of suspicious foot traffic from local home. Wanted to make police aware. I watched the residence for a while and observed nothing during that time.
0500 All quiet. No issues found. Vacation checks began.
0600 All vacation houses secure.

0910- Began out of town checks.
1005- Out of town checks completed before heavy rains. All appear to be secure.
1025- Patrolled Isles and LYC..
1100- Patrolled Rio Vista mainland, and behind businesses along Federal Hwy.
1120- Patrolled parks.
1140- 15minutes of traffic enforcement 9/11, no violators today.
1815 Responded to audible alarm at residence. Arrived within one minute. Unable to check property due to large secure gates. Apparent malfunction.
2010 Traffic stop on vehicle for one way violation. Subject, Chevy Express van with Texas tag. Had suspicious story of staying at the Cordova hotel and leaving to go to Winn Dixie to buy an orange juice with no wallet, no id, no money. Search of the vehicle negative. He eventually stated that he was picking up a friend knocking on doors to clean windows. Very S/13. Sent from area.

0640- Traffic enforcement 9ave. Stop signs and one way. 2 verbals given.
0715- Patrolled bridges along with LYC.
0745- Observed open garage door. Eventually made contact with home owner
Who was cleaning out garage for bulk trash day. Thankful for check.
