0500 10-8 called in detail. I then Started patrolling the area. I checked through LYC. I patrolled the isles all quiet. I checked all away homes.
0600 I patrolled all of the neighborhood and many away homes. I checked by parks no issues .

1600: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There was two text messages, one
voicemail, and one email missed.

0530 10-8 called in detail. No new calls or emails . I then Started patrolling the area.. I patrolled all of the neighborhood and the many away homes.
0700- I then started patrolling all the isles and checked away homes . I was flagged down resident advised she is leaving town tomorrow I added her to book for checks .
I checked through LYC all quiet
0800- continued patrols checked along fed Hwy and checked by all parks again no issues
0900 10-7
0530- In service, detail called in, starting patrol
0730- completed checks and a patrol of the isles
0930- completed checks and a patrol of the mainland

2200 - In service, called Hudson Line, no new emails, calls or text

0615- In service, detail called in, starting patrol
0815- completed checks and a patrol of the isles
0945- completed checks and a patrol of Rio Vista
1700: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. Alarm (Out of town
check too); all secure - homeowner notified via email after not being able to speak with any of the three points of contact listed on their out of town check.
1720: Added an out of town
added to log. Reviewed activity log, completed moved 4 boxes to rear, and began roving patrol.
1800: Non-stop roving of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, and Fed Hwy.
1900: Quiet / out of service.

driveway. It belongs to neighbor directly in front; he spoke with
(homeowner) about parking in driveway

While checking Isles W/M seen coming from rear of residence- contact
made advised he was the son of the homeowner. Made contact with homeowner
who advised subject was in fact son. Updated vacation log.
1900 While checking vacation home; several packages were left at the front door step. Called resident and advised I moved all but one very large one

2120 Responded on patrol for a alarm- home under
construction.
2145 D3 mids got behind above signal 10 i took earlier. Subject in custody in
Lauderhill, owner came to recover vehicle.

Happy July 4th!
0500 10-8 called in detail. No voicemails texts or emails I then Started patrolling the area. I checked through LYC. I patrolled the isles all quiet. I checked all away homes .
0600 I patrolled all of the neighborhood and away homes and all parks.
0700 I continued patrols and checked along Fed Hwy with no issues . And finally saw peacocks again woo hoo !! Driving along 9ave and 10th found baby turtle returned to lake . Happy turtle 🐢

0700 10-8 called in detail. I then Started patrolling the area. I checked through LYC. I patrolled the isles all quiet. I checked all away homes.
0800 I patrolled all of the neighborhood and many away homes. I checked by parks no issues .
0900- 10-7
1600- In service. No new calls or messages on the Rio phone.
1700- Continuous patrols all clear
1800- Constant roving patrols of HOA mainland and isles all clear
1930- Call for service at. Bank called and andvised they thought they heard a struggle while on the phone with a customer. Residence appeared to be unoccupied and no contact was made with anyone.
2000- Out of service.

1600- In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line. I reviewed the activity log.
Five new out of town emails left on the phone. I added the below addresses to the vacation log. No new voicemails.
Also had a golf cart stolen and recovered.
1645- I called resident regarding her message yesterday. There was no answer. I
left a message on her voicemail to call back.
1700- Began out of town checks.
1815- Completed out of town checks. Everything all secure
1830- Patrolled isles and mainland
1900- Out of service
