0645- Detail was called into the detail line, no new messages, no new text, no missed calls
0800- Completed checks and a patrol of LYC, Hemingway and the Isles, I am still looking for the golf cart involved in the Hemingway incident.
0900- completed checks and a patrol on the mainland
0945- completed all checks, out of service
1200: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There were no missed phone calls or text
messages but one spam email. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol.
1300: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, Fed Hwy corridor.
1402: Alarm at 1024 SRV. Made contact with resident and checked garage, nothing suspicious.

1600: Still roving - on the look out for the Red Golf Cart with GA bulldog sticker and tag.
1700: While on patrol, Det. Salvati observed the soap sud bandit golf cart at the Starbucks -
followed it to residence. We made contact with the resident who agreed to pay all damages that her son (who admitted to the incident) caused. Phoned victime and advised of findings. We all then responded to the incident location and made contact with victim. The son knows several of the other culprits involved in the incidents - investigation on-going. Det. Salvati will be supplementing Det. Muccino’s second vandalism report, case # 21-170245

0515- Detail was called into the detail line, no new messages, no new text, no missed calls
0730- Completed checks and a patrol of LYC, Hemingway and the Isles.
0846- Received a call in reference to 2 bicycles found at the intersection of 12 St SE 9 Ave, patrol was advised and will pick up as soon as possible.
0900- completed checks and a patrol on the mainland
1000- completed all checks, out of service
1600- In service, I reviewed the activity log. One new message left on the phone there was another vandalism at Hemming Landing. Someone put dishwashing detergent in the fountain again. Incident happened today between 1430 and 1530. No video, no witnesses. I took a vandalism report 34-2110-175649. I also advised him to leave the fountain off for a few days. I told him we will also park the Rio car in front of Hemmingway as a deterrent.
1800- Patrolled the mainland.
1830- Final patrol of isles and mainland.
1900- Out of service.
1900- called into the Hudson line. Located the vehicle a bit late. Began patrolling the corridor and immediately noticed the fountain was foamed up.
2000- continued the patrol. Looking for golf cart suspects. Nothing
2100- Set up u serviced surveillance in my unmarked police vehicle in hopes of locating the suspects in the act.
2200- continued the surveillance. Nothing so far
2300- still at surveillance. Clear

0910- Spoke with a w/m and explained why we don’t drive the wrong direction on the roadway. He understood and advised it would never happen again. Verbal given.

0330 10-8 called in detail. One texts, regarding dogs in VSY no new voicemails. Added. 5 for Rio Halloween meeting zoom . Started patrolling the area.
0420 Checked isles and away homes on isles. I checked by Hemingway still
Lots of soap in fountain and LYC
0520 I checked mainland streets and all the away homes.. I also checked by all the parks. . I checked along Fed Hwy.
0620 Checked by VSY serval times regarding dogs inside park none seen
0720 Continued patrols throughout entire neighborhood .

1600- In service, no new voicemails or texts on the Rio phone. Fountain at Hemmingway was checked and found to be soap free.
1700- Completed vacation checks. Patrolled mainland and Isles, all quiet and no suspicious activity was observed.
1900- Continued patrols all clear. Out of service.

0545- Detail was called into the detail line, no new messages, no new text, no missed calls
0700- Completed checks and a patrol of LYC, Hemingway and the Isles.
0845- completed checks and a patrol on the mainland
0945- completed all checks, out of service
1200: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line. There are no new phone calls or text messages
but, two email’s (one for an out of town check that was acknowledged but, not entered)
and another for a new member sign delivery. Reviewed activity log, entered out of town check into log / performed check, delivered sign, and began roving
patrol.
1300: While patrolling SE 10th ST aisle, I was flagged down by a W/M stating
there was some type of unpermitted event at the end of the street, where cars were speeding down the street, almost hit him, and were running the stop sign. I observed the entire block was filled with cars parked in the westbound lane of the street. Asta parking had 5 valet parking cars that were apparently being utilized as a yacht drop off / pick up spot for the boat show. Capt. Hart notified & Code Enforcement will be responding to the address.
1315-1500: Code Enforcement and I conducted a lengthy investigation
which ultimately culminated in the discovery that the home is being utilized as a
networking event. Super VIP, wealthy clientele go to the house, have their car valeted, see the 15 million dollars in cars for sale in the driveway, the home (that's for sale also), and then get on a private boat that shuttles them to the FLIBS. Because there is no money exchanged for any goods or services, there are no ordinance violations. Parking Enf supervisor advised that Asta Parking (Valet service) has been doing this same thing for years and could in fact park in the street as long as they were not blocking any driveways, fire hydrants, etc. Rio text group advised.
[NOTE: Code enforcement ultimately did levy a $15,000 fine against homeowner for illegal and unpermitted operation of commercial activity. Valet Co. also fined $300 for lack of permit.]

0700- Completed checks and a patrol of LYC, Hemingway and the Isles.
0730- completed all checks, out of service
1600- called into the Hudson line. Began patrolling the area
1700- checked the LYC mess and it’s a mess. I drove in and had to turn back otherwise I would
have been stuck in gridlock
1800- monitoring Cordova so valets aren’t parking along the road. I will tow if they do
1900- continue monitoring the corridors and the insane parking nightmare. Still has not affected Cordova.
2000- Cordova still clear. A CFS was called in but caller was anonymous. I bravo’d it out
2100- monitored the federal corridor. All clear and busy. LYC is cleared out and the roadways free of vehicles
2200- out of service
