1015-     Completed checks on the isles,

1130-     Completed checks on the mainland, leaving for CID call out, out of service

Tuesday, 22 September 2020                    

0500- In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line.   I reviewed the activity log.

0515-  Patrolled the isles, yacht club and hemingway.

0600-  Checked businesses along Federal Hwy and patrolled mainland

0630- Did vaca checks on the isles along with the mainland

0730- 10 7

0830-   10-8 called in detail

            1 missed called from  residence- she had returned home early

            Updated vacation log

0900     Began roving patrol

            Cordova Rd shut down from 7th st to 8th st for construction

1100     Roving on mainland

            park checks

1830: In service, detail phoned into Hudson line There are no new emails or text messages but,

two missed phone calls. Upon callback, one caller was a telemarketer and the other an inoperable number. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol. 

1930: High visibility roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, Smoker Park, Fed. Hy

2030: Still roving - email request for traffic enforcement of golf cart driving teenagers.

2130: Out of service.

Wednesday 9/23/20

0500 10-8 called detail in no new messages .

0600- Completed checks on mainland checked by homes affected by king tides

0700 Completed all checks in the isles

0800 Checked by LYC , Hemingway and all parks in the area . Roving area

0900 Out of service

1900 10-8, no messages

1915-2015 monitoring stop sign at Se 9 ave/7 St.  No violations noted

0550-     In service, no new messages, detail called in, starting patrol

0815-     Completed checks on the isles,

0905-      Responded with Public Service Aide reference overnight stolen

  2019 White Audi sedan, this is the same as the one stolen in February 2020, they were

  attempting to track the vehicle, Case #20-146788

0940-    completed checks on the mainland, mostly drive-by checks

0950-    out of service

1330: In service, detail called into Hudson line. There are no new emails or text messages but,

one missed call; upon callback, the person hung up on me. Reviewed activity log and

began roving patrol.

1430: Non-stop, high visibility roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, BCS, Smoker Park,

Fed. Hwy. Light rain.

1530: Stood by at BCS for dismissal. Still roving in the rain. 

1630: 1100 Blk of Cordova Rd still blocked. The 700 blk of Cordova is under construction.

1730: Out of service. 

1900- called into the Hudson line. Made

Up my Sunday hours. Began roving patrol.

2000- continued patrolling the neighborhood. Very quiet

2100- checked LYC and all was very quiet.  Continued patrolling the corridors.

2200- continued patrolling the neighborhood and corridors. Federal highway busy as usual. No pedestrians seen yet.

2300- continued patrol. Lights on intermittently for preventive measures. Heavy downpours.

0000- out of service

Friday, 25 September 2020

0530-     In service, no new messages, detail called in, starting patrol

0805-     Completed checks on the isles, continuing patrol

0910-     Completed checks on the mainland

0930-     Out of service

1600-  In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line.  I reviewed the activity log.  No new

messages left on the phone.

1630-  Patrolled the mainland and parks.

1700-  Checked the isles and yacht club. No parking violations observed on SE 10th Street.

1800-  Traffic stop SE 9th Ave & 12 Street. Subject disobeyed no turn sign.  Subject just moved

here from out of state and got confused.  Subject given a warning.

1830-  Final patrol of isles and mainland

1900-  Out of service.

2200-   In service. No new messages on phone.  Began patrols of mainland and isles with no activity seen.

2300-   Contact made with fishermen at the SE 10th St bridge.  They were advised to properly park their vehicles (they were on the bridge).  The immediately complied and apologized.

0015-   Contact made with fisherman on the 9th st bridge, and he was also advised to properly park his vehicle.

0030-   No other suspicious activity or violations observed.  Out of service due to Call Out.

0415-     In service, detail called in, no new messages, starting patrol

0600-     A white 4 door sedan was creeping in the 1500 block of 10 Street and took off when I turned around. I could not catch up to the vehicle.

0700-     Completed checks on the mainland

0800-     Completed checks on the isles

0815-     Out of service

1000-     Completed checks on the mainland

1200-     Completed checks on the isles, responded to an alarm, checked with patrol, 34-2009- 148474, also stopped by and looked at owner front door lock, nothing suspicious

1230-     Out of service

Monday, 28 September 2020                    

0500- In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line.   I reviewed the activity log.

0515-  Patrolled the isles, yacht club and hemingway.

0615-  Checked businesses along Federal Hwy and patrolled mainland

0730- Did vaca checks on the isles along with the mainland

0830- 10 7

2230                 10-8 called in detail

                        2 missed calls; 1 ref neighbor who’s water is running and started to flood

2300                 Began  roving patrols

                        Drove each Isle; fisherman on SE 11th st Isle; reminded to clean up when done

                        Another fisherman on SE 7th st Isle; also reminded to clean up when done

015                   Gate at Hemmingway landing not working; gate stuck in opened position

                        Unable to make contact with POC

1830: In service, detail phoned into the Hudson line. Three missed phone calls, one email, and no

text messages. Missed calls were telemarketers and one out-of-town check added to log

via email. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol.

1930: High visibility roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, and BCS. No fishermen

anywhere in Rio.

2030: Still roving.

2130: Out of service.

Wednesday September 30th 2020

0315-In-Service, detail called in. No missed calls or texts on HOA phone. Began roving

0415-Vacation checks / Checked through LYC.

Checked Hemingway gate stuck open..

0515- completed Vacation checks / roving patrols of all areas. Checks by all parks .

0615 Roving area

0715 patrolling area checking isles again found truck parked in front of one of the vacation homes ran tag  made contact with truck owner  belonged to worker next door no issues .. continued roving area..

0845 out of service ..

0600-     In service, detail called in, one new messages (sign needed) ,

starting patrol

0805-     Completed checks on the isles

0935-     Completed checks on the mainland

0945-     Picked up sign from the car and found it to have a dead battery, grabbed the signed,

dropped it off and returned to the car

1000-     Out of service,

Thursday October 1st, 2020             

1830: In service, detail phoned into the Hudson line. There are no new emails or text messages but, one missed phone call; no answer on callback - voicemail left. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol.

1930: Two fishermen at 7th ST bridge advised to move vehicles off bridge and clean up after

themselves. Starting to rain.

2030: Still raining as I perform high visibility roving patrol of the aisles, mainland, parks, LYC,

and Fed Hwy corridor. No pedestrians / bicyclists / golf carts out and about due to rain.

2130: Still light rain, roving.

2145: Rain finally let up - phoned Westway Towing to have HOA car jumped. Returned to

station for fuel, 8.63 gallons.

2230: Out of service.

0600-      In service, no new messages, detail called in, starting patrol, heavy rain

1600- In service, I called the detail into the Hudson line.  I reviewed the activity log.  No new messages left on the phone.

1630- Patrolled the isles and yacht club.

1700- Checked businesses along S. Federal Hwy.

1730- Patrolled the mainland and parks.

1830- Final patrol of isles and mainland.

1900- Out of service.  Very quiet night with heavy rain.

2115-   In service, patrols of mainland and isles conducted.

2200-   Contact made with fisherman at SE 10th St bridge, and he was advised to park properly.  He complied without issue, and was upset that other fishermen had left trash at the bridge.  He even cleaned up the mess left behind by the other individuals.

2300-    Contact made with security at LYC who advised all was quiet

0115-   Continuous patrols were conducted with no suspicious activity or violations observed.  Out of service at 0115 hrs.
