Lots of rain.

1900 completed drive by checks of vacation homes in rain

Tuesday, June 16th 2020

0830-   10-8 called in detail

            No new messages

            Began house checks

0930    House checks on mainland, 2 trucks asked to move from SE 9th st after not having 

            enough space to pass

1030    All checks on Isles complete

            LYC, Hemingway

1130    BCS, Fred Hunters, Park checks

1230    10-7 

1815: Retrieved phone from Rio car at station. One missed phone call from Nadine at LYC 

requesting a detail this Saturday. There are no new emails or text messages. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol. 

1915: High visibility roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, Smoker Park, and Fed Hwy 

corridor. 

2008: Flagged down for a disturbance on Cordova Rd - handled by patrol. 20-094144

2130: Out of service. 

Thursday June 18, 2020

1500- called into the Hudson line. Message left by Nadine for Ofc. Wright to respond to the detail request. I responded on his behalf. Started patrolling the Rio community. Very soggy afternoon. 

1600- continued patrolling the neighborhood and corridors. Very wet and rainy. 

1700- continued the routine patrol. Checked the S. Fed corridor all very busy and sorry. 

1800- out of service 

1815: In service, got phone out of Rio car. Numerous missed emails, calls, and text messages. 

Returned all of said correspondence and added several new out of town checks. 

Reviewed activity log and began out of town checks that were unable to be completed earlier due to the rain.

2015: Out of town checks complete. Package placed to the rear of vac home. Begin roving 

patrol.

2115: Still roving of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, and Fed Hwy corridor. All secure. 

2215: Out of service. 


Friday June 19, 2020

1930-   In service.  Neighborhood void of cars and pedestrians as heavy rain is moving through.  Checks of mainland and isles negative for any suspicious activity.

2100-   Rain continues, HOA all quiet.  Continuous checks of mainland and isles all clear.

2300-   Continuous checks all clear.

2345-   Out of service due to call out.

Saturday June 20th, 2020

1600-               Audible alarm - house secure all the way aground 

                        Checked phone; 2 new messages      

                        -Resident saw a B/M on her RING door bell, he walked to the side                                     of the house and started spraying something. B/M left something on her          

front door. She wanted the     house checked as she believed her house       was being cased. Turns out it was her pest control company. House secure all the way around

- Resident saw two subjects entering her vehicle on 6/18. Change stolen from vehicle

1650                Checking and several vehicles outside. Called resident        

and advised cars left out due to work being done on the garage. Moved 4 

packages to rear patio and advised resident. 

1505                Called back resident ref to burglary of both her vehicles over night

                        Responded and completed burglary auto report 2x

2000                10-7 

Sunday June 21, 2020

2130- called into Hudson line. No new messages. Began patrolling the corridors and all was clear. 

2230- continued patrolling the neighborhood all was quiet 

2330- monitored the south Fed corridor. Very slow 

0030- continued the corridors monitoring the extremely quiet area. Nothing is moving. 

0130- drove the area. Nada suspicious monitored

0230- out of service. 

2000- called into the Hudson line. No new messages. But rainy and quiet. Began patrol the area 

2100- continuing routine patrol. Very quiet and not a lot of vehicular traffic 

2200- checked and monitored the S. Fed corridor. Very busy but normal. 

2300- continued patrolling the corridor. Posted up at 9 st/N. Rio with emergency lights on to deter any crime. 

0000- continued the monitoring position at 9/N. Rio. Barely any traffic passing by. 

0100- out of service 

Monday, June 23rd 2020

0830                10-8 called in detail

                        Began house checks before bulk pick up trucks and work trucks began crowding 

                        the streets

0900                Doing house checks

0930                All house checks on Isles completed

1000                LYC and Hemingway checks

                        Returned 3 missed calls 

                        regarding S-13 persons pulling car doors

                        Video footage available

                        2nd call- B/M looking around her car port and left business card

1030                BCS, Fred Hunters and Rio church checked

1100                Trip to station to pick up 3 signs for delivery

1230                10-7 

Tuesday June 23rd, 2020

1815: In service, retrieved phone from Rio car. One missed call and email, no new text messages. 

            Left voicemail for missed call, email was reference sign delivery; one pending delivery.

            Updated out of town log, reviewed activity log, and began roving patrol. 

1930:  Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, BCS, Smoker Park, LYC, and Fed Hwy. 

2030: Still roving, all quiet.

2130: Out of service. 

Thursday June 25th, 2020

0750-   in service, detail called in, starting patrol,

0945-   completed checks on the isles, 

1100-   completed checks on the mainland,

1150-   out of service


1800: In service, detail called into Hudson line.. Two emails and two text messages reference out of town checks; log updated. Reviewed activity log and began roving patrol. 

2000: Non-stop roving patrol of aisles, mainland, parks, LYC, Smoker Park, BCS, Fed Hwy. 

Lots of joggers / walkers / bicyclists out and about. 

Friday June 26, 2020

0920-   in service, detail called in, 1 message reference political sign stolen, 

they wanted to let us know, starting patrol

1005-   I spoke with the resident they had already filed a report, 

1135-   completed checks on the isles

1200-   responded to  Cordova ref. a suspicious male on the roof, subject detained by patrol, 

#34-2006-099393

1320-   out of service

1600-  In service.  I called the detail in on the Hudson line.  I reviewed the activity log.  No new messages left on the phone.  

1630- Patrolled isles, bridges and yacht club.  

1700- Checked the mainland.

1730- Checked businesses along S. Federal Hwy.

1830- Final patrol of isles and mainland.

1900- Out of service.

2000-   In service.  No new messages or calls on phone.  Began patrols of mainland and isles.

2100-   Continuous patrols of HOA with no suspicious activity.  Little to no vehicle or pedestrian traffic.

2300-   Continuous checks of isles and LYC all clear.  Mainland very quiet.

0100-   Received a call on Rio phone from resident about a white truck spraying something.  I explained that it was a county truck, however I was able to make contact with the driver and confirmed that it was for mosquito control.  He was informed of the results via text.  

0130-   Out of service due to call out.  Detail hours called in.
